摘要
目的 :探讨ACEI -依那普利延缓心室重塑的机制。方法 :选择慢性心力衰竭 (CHF) 118例 ,随机分为对照组 (5 8例 )和治疗组 (6 0例 )。对照组采用综合疗法。治疗组在上述基础上加用依那普利 (5~ 2 0mg/d)。在治疗前和治疗 1月后测定血中TNF、ET浓度。结果 :治疗组治疗后血中TNF、ET显著下降 ,与治疗前比较差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;对照组治疗后TNF、ET虽有下降 ,但与治疗前比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组与对照组治疗后血中TNF、ET比较差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :依那普利可显著降低CHF血中TNF、ET的含量 。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Enalapril in resisting ventricular remodeling. Methods : 118 chronic heart failure (CHF) patients were divided into two groups randomly, the control group (58 patients ) was given conventional therapy,while the tested group (60 patients)was given conventional therapy plus Enalapril . The tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and endothelin (ET) were measured before and 1 month after treatment. Results: TNF and ET were significantly decreased in the tested group , and had statistically significance (P<0.01), TNF and ET were also decreased in the control group, but had no statistically significance (P>0.05), between the tested group and the control group after treatment, also had statistically significance (P<0.01). Conclusion : Enalapril can significantly decrease TNF and ET in CHF patients , and so it can resist the development of ventricular remodeling.
