应用平阳霉素碘油乳剂及明胶海绵行子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤

Treating myoma of uterus by UAE with Pingyangmycin lipioclol emulsion and gelfoam

目的 :评估平阳霉素碘油乳剂及明胶海绵联合应用栓塞子宫动脉治疗丁宫肌瘤的临床价值。寻找理想的栓塞剂及使用方法。方法 :对 16例有症状的子宫肌瘤患者行双侧子宫动脉造影。根据血供情况经导管向双侧子宫动脉注入平阳霉素碘油乳剂及明胶海绵进行栓塞。结果 :子宫肌瘤血供丰富多数由双侧动脉供血 ,栓塞后 3～ 6个月复查B超 ,子宫肌瘤体积平均缩小 4 5 .8%及 6 7.3%(P <0 .0 1)。月经周期恢复正常、月经量恢复正常或减少占 96 .7% ,腹痛、贫血等症状明显改善 ,尿频、排尿障碍、便秘等压迫症状也有不同程度的缓解。结论 :平阳霉素碘油乳剂及明胶海绵联合应用栓塞子宫动脉治疗子宫肌瘤效果好且价廉、安全 。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Pingyangmycin lipiodol emulsion (PLE) and gelfoam on myoma of uterus in uterine arteral embolion (UAE).Method: The two sides uterus artery were imagied for 16 cases myoma of uterus. And then embolted the two sides artery with PLE and gelfoam according to the blood supply.Result: After 3～6 month. B ultrosound showed the size of myoma of uterus decreased 45.8% and 67.3%(P<0.01). The menstrual is normal and the volume recovered occupied 96.7%.Conclusion: It's worth using and cheap safe to use PLE and gelfoam in treating myoma in UAE.
