小剂量倍他乐克对心力衰竭患者HRV影响的探讨

目的与方法 :近年来的研究认为 ,心率变异性值变化与心衰患者的预后相关。心率变异性值下降提示预后不良。应用小剂量的倍他乐克可以改善部分患者的心脏功能。结果与结论 :本文以自身对照的方式研究 31例患者在常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗基础上 。

Objective and Method:The study of recent years show, the change of HRV is correlation with the heart failure patients prognosis. HRV dropped clue on prognosis is badness. Low dose of metoprolol can improve many patients heart ability.Result and Conclusion: This text, we take the contrast with themselves to study the change of 31 patients used metoprolol before and after. The patients used cardiac glycosides?Diuretics?diastolic blood vessel drugs usually, after they added low dose metoprolol, we found their HRV had increased.
