能源工业是山西重要的支柱产业。进入21世纪,山西能源工业发展环境发生重大变化,面临着巨大的压力和严峻的挑战。因此,从山西能源工业所面临的发展环境出发,积极调整能源发展战略,全力推进能源工业结构调整,提高产业整体素质,增强竞争能力,实现质量效益型增长目标,是新世纪山西能源工业发展的首要任务。
The energy industry is the pillar industry of Shanxi Province. The great challenges and pressures will be faced because that developing environment of Shanxi energy industry will take place important changes in the beginning of the 21th century. It is the first important task in Shanxi energy industry development for us to actively adjust energy development strategies, greatly promote the energy industrial structure adjustment, increase the integrate quality of the industry, enhance competitive capacity, and realize the goal of quality and benefit oriented increase.
