摘要
目的 研究葛根素在局灶性脑缺血 /再灌流过程中对神经细胞凋亡的作用。方法 测定葛根素干预后局灶性脑缺血鼠脑组织中神经细胞凋亡和突触体钙浓度。结果 葛根素有减少突触体钙超载和神经元阳性凋亡细胞出现率的作用。结论 葛根素有一定的抗神经细胞凋亡的作用 。
Objective To explore the effect of Gegensu on neuronal apoptosis in the rats with focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion.Methods Changes of apoptosis cells and synapse of calcium in brain tissue of the rats with focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion were determined after Gegensu intervention.Results Gegensu could decrease positive neuronal apoptosis and calcium overloading in brain synapse.Conclusion Gegensu had an effect of the anti-apoptosis on focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion which was concerned with the inhibition of calcium overloading.
