摘要
目的 观察新型经皮穿刺心脏紧急起搏钢丝电极———多层微粒铱镀复电极对起搏和感知功能的影响。方法 采用自身对照设计 ,在 2 4只犬身上按随机顺序先后予 2种不同经胸壁钢丝临时起搏 ,比较其起搏阈值、能量阈值、左室心内膜R波振幅、R波斜率和阻抗的差异。结果 本院研制的多层微粒铱镀复细钢丝钩状电极组的起搏阈值、能量阈值较本院研制的普通细钢丝钩状电极组低 (P <0 0 0 1) ,IDA较本院研制的普通细钢丝钩状电极组低 (P <0 0 0 1) ,电极阻抗和斜率无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 多层微粒铱镀复临时起搏电极降低了极化效应 ,从而降低了起搏阈值和能量阈值 ,提高了电极的感知性能 。
Objective To present the result of transactaneous sertion of temporary cardiac pacing in dogs with fraotal leads of steelwire designed by our hospital.Methods and the differance in paramaters were compared.24 adult mongrel dogs Served as their own control.Two types of temporary pacing electrodes were inserted at random.Pacing paramaters included pacing threshold,energy threshold,intrinsic deflection amplitude,R wave slope,impedance.Results The group with fractal electrode showed a decrease in PT and energy threshold ( P <0 001) compared the ordinary electrode group.The group with fractal electrode showed a increase of IDA ( P <0 05) companed with the a ordinary electrode group.There were no significant changes in impedance and R wave slope( P >0 05).Conclusion By diminishing polarization,the pacing threshold of fractal electrode is significantly lower than that of reference electrodes.Fractal coating enlarges the active surface of the electrode more than 1000-fold and provides long-term stable leads because of their electrical properties,so it can enhance the sensivity of the electrodes.[
