摘要
目的 研究大鼠在失血性休克 再灌流后期大鼠肝脏中细胞色素P4 5 0的变化 ,探讨细胞色素P4 5 0与肝脏在再灌注后期损伤的关系。方法 建立失血性休克大鼠模型 ,随机分为休克再灌流组、对照组和假休克组 ,检测肝脏的P4 5 0和细胞色素b5的含量、氨基比林 N 去甲基酶的活性水平、丙二醛。结果 休克再灌注组中的细胞色素P4 5 0的含量和氨基比林 N 去甲基酶的活性水平明显高于对照组和假休克组 ,丙二醛也高于其他组 ,而细胞色素b5各组无差异。结论 细胞色素P4 5 0也参与了失血性休克
Objective To investigate the change of cytochrome P450 in the rat liver after hemorrhagic shock.Methods Using a hemorrhagic shock model,24 rats were randomly divided into three groups,control group,hemorrhagic shock reperfusion group and non-shock group.The content of cytochrome P450(P450),cytochrome b5(cytb5),the activity of Aminopyrine N-demethylase(AMND),and the level of malonyldialdehyde(MDA) in liver were measured.Results The content of P450 and the activity of AMND in hemorrhagic shock reperfusion group were significantly higher than that of control group and non-shock group( P <0 01).Baseline measurements of cytb5 were similar in three groups.MDA levels in hemorrhagic shock reperfusion group remarkably higer than other two groups.Conclusion Cytochrome P450 play an important role in the anaphase liver reperfusion after hemorrhagic shock. [
