宜昌市农村育龄妇女生育状况调查

Investigation on procreating status of rural women in procreated age in Yichang in Hubei province

目的 :了解湖北省宜昌地区农村育龄妇女的健康和生育状况 ,为卫生部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法 :采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法 ,对该地区 5县 12 2 8例农村育龄妇女进行问卷调查。结果 :村卫生室是农村育龄妇女患病的首选医疗机构 ,乡卫生院和县医院是产前检查的主要场所 ,产后访视率低于产前检查率。结论 :村卫生室配备相应的妇幼人员 ,充分发挥基层医疗单位在妇幼保健中的作用和优势。

Objective To identify the health and procreated status of rural women in procreated age in Yichang city and provide evidence for making corresponding prevention policy. Method 1228 women in 5 counties were surveyed by stratified cluster random sampling in the rural area of Yichang city. Result The village clinic is the most favorate choice for rural women in procreated age when they are sick. But the main sites for examination of pregnant women before giving birth to a child are clinics in township and county. Moreover, the rate of visitation after birth is lower than the rate of examination before birth. Conclusion The village clinics should be equipped with some professional women and children health manpower in order to take full advantage of basic medical unit for rural women.Key Word:rural women in procreated age ;procreating status
