薄层扫描法测定槐叶中的芦丁含量

The Rutin Conten Measuring by TLC Scanning in the Leaf of Sophora Japonica L.

目的:建立槐叶申有效成份芦丁的薄层扫描测定方法。方法:取槐叶干品,用乙醚提取,弃去醚层后,用甲醇连续提取,提取液用薄层扫描法测定芦丁的含量。结果:芦丁呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率97.3%,RSD 为1.9%,槐叶中芦丁的含量大于0.8%。结论:本法可用于槐叶中芦丁的含量测定。

Objective:To establish the method of TLC scanning in the leaf of Sophora japoni- cal L.Method:Dried leaf is extracted by ether,then the ether layer is thrown away.The remainder is extracted continuously by methyl alcohol.The content of rutin is measured by TLC scanning by extracted liquid.Result.Rutin shows good linear relationship,the average rate of recovery on rutin is 97.3%,RSD is 1.9%.Conclusion:TLC scanning is a suitable method in measuring the content of rutin in the leaf of Sophora japonical L.
