考察青霉素皮试剂含量的稳定性

目的:考察青霉素皮试剂的含量的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱仪测定其含量。结果:青霉素皮试剂经长期放置其含量随时间的不同有所下降。结论:目前该产品的质量不稳定,工艺不成熟有待进一步提高与改善。

Objective:To observe the stability ot penicillin skin reagent.Methods:To study the content of penicillin skin reagent by HPLC.Results:Long—term laid aside,the content of penicillin skin reagent decreased each hour.Conclusion:To date,the quality of penicillin skin reagent is unstable,technology is unripe,so it is necessary to be improved.
