赤芍片提取工艺的研究

A Study on Extraction Technology of Chishao Tablet

目的:本文以赤芍片中芍药苷的成分为指标,用正交设计方法优化了提取工艺的研究。方法:以煎煮两次,第一次加水10倍量,煎煮2小时,第二次加水8倍量,煎煮1小时为最佳工艺条件。结果:以此工艺条件,进行中试生产,所得芍芍苷占处方生药量的比为0.208%。结论:研究证明该提取工艺是可行的。

Purpose:To take paeoniflorin ingredient in Red peony root as index and optimize the Extraction Technology of Chishao(Red Peony Root)Tablet by orthogonal design method. Method:For coction twice:First,Adding 10 times volume of water for coction two hours;Second, Adding 10 times volume of water for coction an hours;As optimum technology condition.Results: Under the technology condition,the middle trial was conducted.The obtained paeoniflorin was 0. 208% of prescription crude drug rate.Conclusion:The study proved that this Extraction Technol- ogy was feasible.
