摘要
采用直接酯化—共聚的工艺路线制得阳离子改性共聚酯(ECDP)并纺制了纤维。初步探讨了不同配比对ECDP反应及性能的影响,并探论了改善ECDP热性能的方法。结果表明,以PTA为原料制ECDP,选择合适的改性剂添加量,其纤维可满足深染要求,三、四组分的引入会改变缩聚体系的流动性,同时使ECDP热稳定性下降。在缩聚体系中添加复合稳定剂和防醚剂,可使ECDP热稳定性有显著提高。
Fiber was made from ECDP obtained by direct esterificatren-copolyme-rization process. Influence of the different ratios of monomers on the reac-tion characteristics of ECDP was discussed, and the method to improve theheat behaviour of ECDP was studied. As a result, the ECDP fiber, whichwas obtained by using PTA as raw material and selecting suitable additionof modifier, could be dyed dark. The addition of SIPE and PEG wouldchange the flowability in polycondensing system, but lower down the heatstability of ECDP. So, adding compound stable-agent and polyether-inhibiterinto the polycondensing system, heat-resistance of ECDP could be improvedevidently.
