晶状体损伤的CT表现与分析

CT Appearances and Analysing in Eye Lens Trauma

目的 :讨论外伤造成晶状体损伤的CT表现 ,并对其进行分析。材料与方法 :对 5 4只临床证实有晶状体损伤的伤眼 ,对照CT检查结果 ,观察晶状体的位置、形态、密度改变。结果 :晶状体全脱位 11只 (2 0 3 % ) ,半脱位 8只 (14 8% ) ,形成外伤性白内障 19只 (3 5 1% ) ,未见异常改变 16只 (2 9 6% )。CT诊断与临床诊断符合率 70 4%。结论

Purpose:To study and analyse the CT finding in eye lens trauma.Materials and Methods:54 injured eye lens were confirmed by clinical observations and operations.The CT appearances of eye lens were analyzed and observed.The lens position,appearance,density of the injured eye lens.Results:In 11 (20 3%) of injured lens was complete luxation of lens,8 (14 8%) of injured lens was subluxation of lens.19 (35 1%) of injured lens were lent to traumatic cataract in the end.16 (29 6%) of injured lens was similar with normal lens.The coincidence rate of the CT and clinical diagnoses was 70 4%.Conclusion:The CT finding is of greater value for diagnoses of injuries lens.
