B型超声在检测儿童脂肪肝中的应用价值研究

The Practising Valuement of B Type Ultrasonic Scan Examination In Testing Children Fatty Liver

目的 :探讨B型超声在检测儿童脂肪肝中的应用。材料与方法 :通过大样本抽样超声测查儿童肝脏 ,并对超声检查的儿童脂肪肝相关因素进行分析。结果 :180 0例儿童超声检出脂肪肝 2 1例 (1 16% ) ,极大部分为营养过剩。结论 :B型超声在儿童脂肪肝检测中有应用价值 ,儿童脂肪肝发病率有增高趋势 ,并多为营养过剩 ,值得儿科、超声、营养等学科重视。

Purpose:To explore the Practising valuement of B type ultrasonic scan examination in testing childred fatty liver.Materials and Methods:To exam children′s livers from large samples by ultrasonic B-scan and analyse the relative factors of children′s fatty livers.Results:21 case of fatty liver in 1800 case of children were discovered (1 16%),excessive-nutrition might be the cause of fatty liver.Conclusion:The ineidence of children fatty liver is gradually increasing,excessive-nutrition might be one of it′s causes.which be lay stress on by medical members.
