新生儿脑病S-100蛋白监测与预后的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :通过检测新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 ( HIE)患儿血清中 S- 10 0蛋白含量的动态变化 ,建立对 HIE患儿的早期科学诊断及预后评估技术指标。并探讨 S- 10 0蛋白浓度变化与病情的严重程度及转归之间的关系。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法检测 ,对 HIE 5 6例有症状组患儿 ( HIE轻度症状组 2 5例 ,HIE中度症状组 2 0例 ,HIE重度症状组 11例 )和 HIE无症状组 2 0例患儿与对照组 2 1例健康新生儿血清 S- 10 0蛋白含量进行检测 ,并进行动态观察。结果 :1HIE有症状组不同时期血清 S- 10 0蛋白含量显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。 2 HIE无症状组不同时期的血清S- 10 0蛋白含量也明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。 3 HIE有症状组血清 S- 10 0蛋白含量明显高于 HIE无症状组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :HIE有症状组中病情程度越严重其血清 S- 10 0蛋白含量则越高 ,提示血清 S- 10 0蛋白可作为判断 HIE病情程度的客观依据和早期诊断 Objective: To investigate the changes concentrations of S 100 protein presenting in blood serum in patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE), and discuss their change of diagnosis and prognosis in HIE patients, to find out the correlation between the changes of S 100 protein in blood serum and the severity of disease. Methods: S 100 protein was measured dynamically by ELISA in blood serum from 56patients with HIE, 20 patients with HIE without symptom and 21 references. The patients were divided into three groups according to the severity of disease: the mild group, the medium group and the severe group. Results; (1) The level of blood serum S 100 protein in HIE group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.01),(2) The level of blood serum S 100 protein in HIE without sumptom group was also higher than that of the control group ( P <0.01),(3) The level of blood serum S 100 protein in HIE group was higher than that of the HIE without sumptom group. Conclusions: There were dy9namie changes of blood serum S 100 protein correlating with the severity of disease. The investigation of S 100 protein of blood serum is a more useful method for diagnosis and assessment prognosis of HIE.
