摘要
FK6V—700高速弹力丝机由于设计原因,加工111dtex以上产品时,产品质量不及FK6M—700。通过改变D/Y比、拉伸比、摩擦盘组合方式及改变摩擦盘材质对张力及张力比的影响,寻找到在全陶瓷摩擦盘中加入两片或两片以上聚氨酯摩擦盘和改变D/Y比,可以得到最佳工艺参数,从而使产品外观降等降低,染色M率提高,产品质量得到明显的提高。
Owing to the reason of design, when FK6V-700 DTY machine is usedto operate for product of 111 dtex, its product qualities are worse thanhose on FK6M-700. But through change of D/Y ratio, draw ratio, groupseheme of discs, tensile, tensile ratio, material of the fricticn dise, we'vefound out the best process parametre by replacing two or more than twoceramic discs with polyurcthane discs and changing of D/Y ratio. So that,the product quality is much improved.
