银屑病患者血清抗EB病毒抗体的检测

Detection of antibodies against Epstein-Barr virus in sera from patients with psoriasis

目的:探讨EB病毒感染与银屑病的关系。方法:采用酶免疫法检测53例银屑病患者血清EB病毒抗壳抗原/IgG、IgM抗体,抗早期抗原-D/IgG抗体,抗核心抗原-1/IgG抗体。结果:银屑病患者血清抗EB病毒早期抗原-D/IgG抗体阳性率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。结论:银屑病患者体内EB病毒可能处于激活状态。

Objective:Study on the relationships between the infection of Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)and psoriasis.Meth-ods:Using the assays of enzyme-immunoassay,the sera were examined in53patients with psoriasis and53normal subjects to detect the antibod ies(IgG,IgM/VCA,IgG/EA-D and IgG/EBNA-1)to EBV.Results:The rate of positive reactions to IgG/EA-D was significantly higher in the patients with psoriasis than that in controls(P<0.001).Conclusion:These re sults suggest that EB virus might be activated in the patients with psoriasis.
