摘要
色泽不匀是人造丝外观质量的一项重要指标,它的产生实质上是丝筒上的丝条粘附有不同程度不同颜色的沉淀物。这些沉淀物主要是在纺丝成形过程中产生的无机和有机物,指出精练是影响色泽不匀的关键工序,并提出了解决色泽不匀现象的几点措施。
Colour nonuniformity is an important quality index of rayon. Pratica-lly it result from some sediment, which is the organic and inorganicsubstance produced during spinning, stuck on rayon filliament. It ispointed out that refining is a key process to eliminate the difference ofcolour, and some measures are put forword.
