用微波促进Bodian′s蛋白银染色显示体外培养的神经元及神经突起,大大缩短了孵育的时间,染色过程只需数分钟,方法简便,可达到与常规染色方法相同的结果。
Microwave has been used for the acceleration of Bodian's protargol staining procedure for the demonstration of cultured neurons and their neurites,greatly reducing the time required for all incubation steps——the entire staining procedure is simple and convenient and the result obtained equalled that of conventional staining procedures.
