摘要
结扎切断SD大鼠左侧坐骨神经或前后根后,在一定的存活时间序列里,用Olympus显微镜的测光装置对经EL—Badawi氏改良法显色处理后的腰段脊髓乙酰胆硷酯酶(AChE)进行了相对变化率((?)_o/(?)_c—1)×100%的测定。结果发现,坐骨神经切断术后,术侧脊髓后角(AChE)的变化主要在后角Ⅰ、Ⅱ层。术后10天增高19.4%(P<0.05),术后15天降低为—40.9%(P<0.01),术后60天再次升高达25.4%。变化曲线呈双峰夹谷状。切断前后根后,术侧脊髓后角出现先低后高的变化。本文探讨了这些变化与变性、再生的关系;分析比较了AChE在脊髓腰段前、后角变化的异同性;发现后角AChE与前角AChE的变化曲线皆呈双峰夹谷曲线。可分为1.应激期2.调整期3.恢复期。
The ligation and transection of sciatic nerve or spinal rhizotomy were taken on the Sprague— Dawly rat.The sections of lumbar spinal cord were stained for Acetylcholinesterase(AChE)by using EL—Badawi's Improved Method at intervals after operration.The staining intensity of AChE in the dorsal horn and ventral horn were measured hy the exposure measuring device of 01ympus micro- scope.The dynamic change of AChE was descrbed by the relative changing rate—(Xo/Xc—1)×100 %.We found that the change of AChE in operative side of dorsal horn was focused in the lamina I and I.The AChE of operative side increased to 19.4%(P<0.05)on the 10th day after transec- tion,and it fell below contrast value levels to the—40.9%(P<0.01)on the 15th day,but by the 60th day it increased to 25.4%(P<0.05)again.On the other hand,the change of AChE de- creased at first and then it increased again after rhizotomy.In this paper the relationship between the dynamic change of AChE and the degeneration regeneration of nerves have been discussed.The com- parative analysis of the dynamic changes of AChE in the ventral horn and dorsal horn have been made.We found that the change curves of AChE in the dorsal horn and ventral horn share the same type which contain a valley between two peaks.We divided the dynamic change curve into three periods as following 1,Stress period.2,Adjustment period.3,Recovery period.
