复方熟地胶囊治疗青春期功血60例

60 Cases of Puberal Functional Uterine Bleeding Treated by "Compound Rehmannia Capsules

将 90例青春期功能失调性子宫出血 (青春期功血 )患者随机分为治疗组 60例 ,对照组 3 0例。治疗组予补肾中药复方熟地胶囊治疗 ,对照组予以西药雌 孕激素联合治疗。 3个月经周期为一疗程 ,结果 :治疗组总有效率 85 .0 % ,对照组总有效率 84 6% ,两组近期疗效接近 (P >0 0 5 ) ;治疗组 3天内血止者 19例 ,对照组 3天内血止者 6例 ,两组比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;但半年后随访 ,治疗组复发率 9 7% ,对照组复发率 5 2 9% ,对照组明显高于治疗组(P <0 0 5 )。提示补肾中药对青春期功血具有较好的治疗优势 。

90cases of puberal functional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into 60 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with 'Compound Rehmannia Capsules' composed of Chinese herbal drugs to tonify the kidney. The control group was treated by estrogen and progestogen. The results showed that the total effective rate was 85% in the treatment group and 84.6% in the control group and the instant effects were close in two groups (P > 0.05). Hemorrhage stopped in 3 days in 19 cases in the treatment group and in 3 days in 6 cases in the control group, without significant difference between two groups ( P > 0.05). In follow up for half a year, the recurrence rate was 9.7% in the treatment group and 52.9% in the control group, remarkably higher in the control group than in the treatment group ( P < 0.05). The findings indicate that the herbal drugs that can tonify the kidney are beneficial to the treatment of puberal functional uterine bleeding, with a satisfactory long term effect.
