王灵台教授论中药透皮剂肝舒贴的研制思路

Prof. WANG Ling-tai on Manufacturing Idea of Chinese Herbal Transdermal Agent "Liver-Soothing Plaster

介绍王灵台教授研制肝舒贴的思路。王氏认为肝病胁痛多由气虚血瘀所致 ,确定黄芪和夏枯草等中药为主要药物 ,结合经络腧穴、透皮给药理论开发肝舒贴透皮剂。动物实验和临床研究皆证明肝舒贴透皮剂有效。

This article introduces Prof. Wang's idea in researching and manufacturing 'Liver Soothing Plaster'. Prof. Wang believes that hepatic diseases and costal pain are mostly caused by qi deficiency and blood stagnation and decides Chinese herbs of Radix Astragali and Spica Prunellae as the main ingredients and develops the transdermal agent 'Liver Soothing Plaster', in combination of the theory of meridians and acupoints and theory of transdermal administration. It has been proved by the animal experiments and clinical study that the transdermal agent 'Liver Soothing Plaster' is effective and safe.
