摘要
[目的]探讨NF κB、cyclinD1在胶质瘤中的表达及意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测NF κBp65、cyclinD1在45例胶质瘤组织及10例正常大脑组织中的表达情况。[结果]胶质瘤中NF κBp65蛋白阳性表达率为60.0 % (27/45) ,cyclinD1阳性率为42.2% (19/45) ,10例正常脑组织中NF κBp65、CyclinD1无1例阳性表达。NF κBp65、CyclinD1表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度有关。NF κBp65表达与CyclinD1表达呈显著正相关。[结论]NF κBp65是与胶质瘤相关的新的癌蛋白 ,NF κBp65上调CyclinD1的表达 ,可导致胶质瘤的发生。
Purpose To evaluate the significance of NF-κB and cyclinD1 protein expression and their relationship in the gliomas. The expressions of NF-κB p65 protein,cyclinD1 protein in 45 cases of gliomas and 10 cases of normal brain tissues were studied immunohistochemically. None of the normal tissues exhibited NF-κB p65, cyclinD1 protein .In contrast, 27 of 45 glioma specimens were positive for NF-κB p65 protein with a 60.0% positive rate (P<0.01), and 19 of 45 glioma specimens were positive for cyclinD1 protein with a 42.2% positive rate (P<0.01).The NF-κB p65 protein and cyclinD1 protein expression were correlated to the differentiation (P<0.05).The expression of NF-κB p65 was closely related with the expression of cyclinD1. [Conclusion] NF-κB p65 is a new oncogenic protein related to the gliomas. NF-κB p65 up-regulates the expression of cyclinD1, then lead to tumor occurrence.
