恶性肿瘤患者尿中修饰核苷的检测

Detection of Urinary Modified Nucleosides in Patients with Malignancies
摘要
应用毛细管电泳法分别对35名健康成人及32名恶性肿瘤患者尿中13种核苷进行检测 ,结果肿瘤患者的平均值比健康人明显升高 ,提示其可用于恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断。
