麝香保心片对心肌缺血缺氧的保护作用

Effect of Shexiangbaoxin Tablet on Hypoxia and Myocardial Ischemia of Animals

目的 观察麝香保心片对实验性心肌缺血的药理效应。方法 用垂体后叶素造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,观察麝香保心片对心电图T波的影响 ;用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素造成小鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,观察麝香保心片对小鼠心肌组织丙二醛含量及心肌酶谱的影响。结果 麝香保心片组与模型组相比 ,可以显著改善心电图缺血性改变 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;减少心肌组织丙二醛的生成 (P <0 .0 1) ,抑制心肌AST、LDH、CPK、CK -MB的升高。结论 麝香保心片可以有效改善冠脉循环 ,保护缺血心肌。

Aim To investigate the pharmacological action of Shexiangbaoxin tablet against myocardial ischemia.Methods The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was established with pituitrin.The effect of Shexiangbaoxin tablet on the electrocardiogram T-wave of acute myocardial ischemia was investigated.The mice model of myocardial ischemia was established with isoprenaline(ISO),ip,the hemorheology of mice malondialdehyde(MDA) and myocardial enzymogram were investigated.Result As compared with the model group,Shexiangbaoxin tablet could obviously improve the ischemia electrocardiogram T-wave (P<0.05) and reduce MDA production (P<0.01) and decrease the levels of AST,LDH,CPK,CK-MB.Conclusion Shexiangbaoxin tablet can effectively improve circulation of coronary artery and protect ischemic myocardium.
