摘要
目的 了解陶瓷瓶装白酒中铅含量状况。方法 采取随机抽样法对我市 15家制酒厂紫砂瓶、瓷瓶、玻璃瓶装酒以及贮放 1年、3年、5年的上述系列酒进行铅含量测定。结果 紫砂瓶、瓷瓶、玻璃瓶装白酒铅含量合格率是 82 .99%、91.5 6 %、94 .73% ,三者比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,且随着贮存时间的增加 ,铅含量有增高的趋势。结论 为防止铅危害 ,应限制使用陶瓷瓶作为贮酒容器 。
Objective In order to understand lead level of wine in ceramic containers.Methods lead level of wine from 15 factories in Bozhou city, which were stored in various containers, such as red pottery,ceramic or glass bottles for 1, 3 or 5 years storage, were examined.Results There was a significant difference (P<0.01) among three containers on lead-level. The qualified rate of lead level in red pottery bottle, ceramic bottles and glass bottles were 82.99%, 91.56%, 94.73% respectively. The results also indicated that lead level of wine increased with storage time. Conclusions It was suggested that ceramic container should be restricted and glass bottles should be advocated.
