Meta-分析应用在临床神经病学体系中,在神经疾病病因及预防方面,可以定量评价危险因素与神经疾病之间的联系强度,为神经疾病的预防措施和对策的制定提供依据;在神经疾病治疗方面,Meta-分析的应用为神经科医生如何进行选择最佳的治疗方法提供了依据;在神经疾病的康复方面,通过Meta-分析可为因神经系统疾病造成的残损、残障、残废患者提供最有效的物理、作业、运动或言语治疗等康复手段,最大限度地减轻残疾的程度,改善患者的生活质量,使之适应社会和家庭环境,达到重返社会的目的。

Meta-analysis was applicated in neu rological disorders,of which in the aspect of precautions we can quan tify the relations between hazard factors and neurological dis eases;so that it provides the evidence for certain adoption of pre cautions and treatment as well as for the optimal choice that neurologists make at the numerous therapy methods which are too many fo r them to choose from.Moreover,in the aspect of neurological rehabilitation,meta-analysis also provides the best methods of rehabilitation such as physiotherapy,occupation thera py,kinesiotherapy or speech therapy etc for those who get disable d from neurological impair-ment,and can relieve the intensity o f the disease as well as im-prove their life quality in order to h elp them adapt to the society and family,finally return to our society.
