摘要
目的:模仿脑梗死的自然形成过程,尝试建立一种改良的大鼠脑梗死模型。方法:经颈内动脉内注入真丝线段,处理前后脑血管造影证实模型的建立。术后行病理学检查。结果:16只大鼠脑梗死模型建立成功。其中12只为大脑中动脉梗死,4只合并大脑前动脉梗死。结论:经颈内动脉内注入真丝线段可建立大鼠局部脑梗死模型,并可即刻经脑血管造影证实。
AIM:To improve a method of establishmen t of the local cerebral infarction model in rats.METHODS :The local cerebral infarction model in rats was established by injecting the silk se gment into internal carotid artery,and the establishment of animal models was o bserved through selective carotid d igital subtraction angiography(DSA).The brain tissues of animals were ta ken for histological examination after exp eriment.RESULTS:Local cerebral in-farction in the middle cerebral arte ry was established successfully in 12rats,and 4rats having middle cerebral artery and anterior cerebral artery inf arc-tion.CONCLUSION:The local cerebral infarction model in rats can be established by injecting the silk se gment into internal carotid artery a nd can be confirmed by DSA immediately.
