摘要
目的:评价倍频激光对视网膜静脉阻塞患者视功能康复的作用。方法:对58例(58只眼)视网膜静脉阻塞患者行倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗,随访时间3～20个月,平均9.2个月。结果:激光治疗后52例有效。光凝后视力进步36只眼;视力不变20只眼;视力下降2只眼。结论:倍频激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞,可有效地保护患者视功能。
AIM:To evaluate the curative effect of Nd :YAG laser on retinal vein occlusion.METHODS :Fifty-eight patients(58eyes)with retinal vein occlusion were treated with frequen cy-doubled ND:YAG laser.The pa-tients were followed up 3to 20months(9.2months on aver-age.RESULTS:52cases with Nd:YAG laser photocoa gulation treatment were effective.The efficiency rate was 90%.Visual acuity were improved in 36cases,maintained in 20cases,a nd declined in 2cas-es.CONCLUSION:Frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser ph otocoagulation treatment were effective for retinal vein occlusion,and can preserve th e patient ' s vision function.
