摘要
AIM:T o explore the influence of modified e lectroconvulsive therapy on serum interleukin-6in schizophrenic patients.METHOD:T esting change of serum IL-6in 60cases treated with MECT and60control cases treated with clozap ine therapy by ELISA method.RESULTS:Serum IL-6level before treatment of both groups was positive related to S APS;serum IL-6level wasn’ t related to BPRS total score,factor score and SA NS total fractions.IL-6level of clo zapine therapy group decrease apparently a fter treatment,and IL-6level was ap par-ently positive related to anxious depressed factor of BPRS;but there was no apparent difference in IL-6level of MECT group between before and after treatment.CONCLUSION:To schizophrenic patients,clozapi ne can take ef-fects of immune inhibit through inhi biting serumIL-6;MECT may have different mechanism.
