Study on the Application of the ER Fluids in the Recoil System

论述了电流变液体在火炮反后坐装置中应用的有关理论、结构和实验。理论分析和试验表明,在电流变液体屈服应力值较低时,电流变效应在火炮反后坐装置中应用的效果不明显,因此需发展新的电流变液体来满足工程应用的要求。

This paper describes the theory,structure and experiment of ER fluid application in gun recoil system. Theoretical analysis and test shows the effect of ER in gun recoil system is not great when the yield stress of ER fluid is low and new ER fluid is needed to neet the requirements of engineering application.
