摘要
采用主因子分析法探讨了氧化淀粉改性脲醛树脂的合成工艺中,影响游离甲醛含量、固含量、贮存稳定性等技术指标的主要因素。结果表明:尿醛比、淀粉种类和氧化程度是影响游离甲醛含量和固含量的主要因素;尿醛比、淀粉与水之比及氧化程度是影响游离甲醛含量和固含量的主要因素;尿醛比、淀粉与水之比及氧化程度是影响稳定性的主要因素。
Primary factors analysis was used in this paper to analyze the factors affected the main guidelines such as the content of free formaldehyde,the solid content and storage stability in the synthesis process of modified UF resins using starchy oxide as the modifier.Results showed that the sort of the starch,the oxide degree of the starch and ratio of urea to formaldehyde used in the reaction were the main factors affecting the content of free formaldehyde and solid content.The ratio of urea to formaldehyde,the ratio of starch to water and the oxide degree of the starch were the main factors which affected the storage stability of the UF resin solutions.
