摘要
加速北京周边地区生态绿化工程建设迫在眉睫,建立“生态安全”保障体系势在必行。通过综合治理手段方可还北京一片蓝天,缓解北京严重缺水的问题,争取在2008年奥运会期间奉献给世界一个全新的生态北京,并为北京的可持续发展提供有力保障。
It's urgent to develop rapidly ecological green engineering construction around Beijing. It' s imperative to built up guarantee system of ecological safety. Give Beijing a blue sky by comprehensive regulation, relieve lack of water in Beijing, work hard and give a new ecological Beijing to people all of the world during 2008 Olympic games. At last, provide powerful guarantee to Beijing continued development.
