微线段齿轮齿根应力的对比试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用应变电测法设计微线段齿轮与渐开线齿轮齿根弯曲应力比较试验的装置 ,对试件的设计与加工进行严格的控制 ,并确定比较试验方案 ,给出处理现场数据的公式及计算结果的T—σ折线图 ,对结果的显著性检验证明 。 Micro segment gear transmissions are new type of gear transmissions. In order to testify its advantages, the comparison test on bending strength between micro segment gears and involute gears has been carried out with the use of electronic measurement method of strain. The contrast scheme is designed refer to the 'locati' method. During the procedure, the consistency of test pieces, test condition and steps are kept strictly. The test devices and test method as well as statistic treatment of experiment data are presented. The torque stress figure and the variance ratio test indicate that the tooth bending strength of micro segment gears is really superior than that of involute gears.
