建筑科学与长官意志

Architecture Science and the Power of Officialdom

本文试图从建筑科学与长官意志的关系中说明三个方面的问题 :其一 ,统治者的思想意识和等级制度成了建筑师无法摆脱的紧箍咒 ;其二 ,政治因素施加在建筑活动中的影响往往是显著的 ;其三 ,领导者违背科学的决策难免使建筑贻笑天下。

This paper is a research on the canse and offect of the relation between archiecture science and the power of officialdom.Three points are concluded: the dominators' idiology and hierachy constitutes unavoidable spell on architects;there are evidences of political influence in architectural activities;some buildings belome objects of ridicule due to the counter-science policies imposed by dominators.We advocate science,democraly,praclticality and multifarious building styles.To overcome officialdom,we should do architectural design based on modern scientific concepts,combination of social functions and technological requirements.
