高校学分制改革面临的问题、成因与对策

Credit System in Universities: Problems, Causes, Strategies

我国本科院校在实施学分制中面临诸多问题,其存在问题的成因是:选课制滞后于学分制改革实践;教学管理队伍建设滞后于学分制改革要求;与学分制配套制度不健全;教育经费投入不足;人事劳动制度改革滞后。为此,本文提出了改变这种状况的相关对策。

This paper offers some strategies to deal with the problems faced by credit system in Chinas universities, which are caused mainly by the lagging of credit system reform behind course selecting, teaching administration behind the reform requirements, lack of corresponding regulations, need of education funds, and slow reform in personnel administration.
