摘要
在山区高速公路、铁路和水电工程等建设过程中,滑坡地质灾害是威胁公路、铁路和水电工程建设与正常运行并造成巨大损失的一种重大的自然灾害之一。提出了利用遥感图像对滑坡地质灾害进行调查和监测分析的方法。
In construction of expressway, railway and hydroelectric power station in mountainous regions, the construction and normal running are imperiled by the landslide geology disasters, which cause huge economic loss and has become one of bigger nature calamities. Both static study and qualitative analysis methods are generally adopted for analyzing and treating the problems of landslide, but are used infrequently the dynamic investigation and quantitative analysis. The paper puts forward a way or a technique plan of surveying, monitoring and analyzing landslide from which are arisen some geological disasters. Aiming for the landslide dynamic characteristic analysis, monitoring and quantifying movement, the landslide information of remote sensing satellite images for different period of time are resampled and match their characteristic control points. Surveying the dynamic movement shift of the landslide with remote sensing satellite image information, some complication must be taken into account and conquered such as imaging time and mode, altitudes and modalities of remote sensor, and the characteristic control points in the same geographical location from satellite images need be searched out for matching them. For accurately matching the method is discussed that is a mixing way with bi-linearity interpolation technique plus the nearest interval method and then are determined the gray values of the conjugate points, that it is also called as resample technique. Dynamically investigating landslide change with remote sensing and image processing means and forecasting landslide geology disaster would become reliably measuring and monitoring technique.
