摘要
以自组装方式在石英晶体谐振器(QCR)的金电极表面修饰末端含巯基的 β_环糊精衍生物 ( β_CDd) ,用压电石英传感器在线监测萘系衍生物与之发生包结反应的过程 ,探讨了温度、浓度、取代基数目和位置对包结配合物稳定常数(Kin)的影响,从理论上推导并从实验证明了Kin 所遵从的关系式;结果表明 ,所形成的包结配合物的化学计量均为1∶1 ;包结配位反应过程符合Langmuir吸附模型 ;β_环糊精衍生物对客体分子大小、取代基数目和位置等都有良好的选择区分功能。
A gold electrode of quartz crystal resonator was modified with mercapto - terminatedβ-cyclodextrin derivative(β-CDd)by self-assembly.The inclusion reactions of naphthalene derivatives withβ-CDd were moniˉtored in situ by using piezoelectric quartz crystal sensor.The influences of temperature,concentration,the number of substituting groups and their positions on naphthalene ring on the stability constant of the inclusion complexes(K in )were investigated.The relational expression of K in was deduced theoretically and was verified by experiˉmental results.The stoichiometric ratio of the inclusion complexes formed is1∶1for the hostβ-CDd with various guests of naphthalene derivatives.The inclusion reactions tallied with the Langmuir adsorption model,and theβ- CDd has a good selective distinction ability to the molecular volume,the number of substituting groups and their positions on the naphthalene ring of guest.
