摘要
数控线切割机床贮丝筒换向功能失效是一种实际生产中常见的故障.针对这一典型故障,分析并改进了数控线切割机床的控制电路,提出了一种基于OMRONC200HE型可编程序逻辑控制器的状态监控技术和方法.给出了这一方法的软件实现和硬件实现,并通过计算机并行端口与可编程逻辑控制器进行通信,实现了数控线切割机床的计算机控制.实验结果表明,该系统能准确地检测数控线切割机床的故障,并在故障发生时保证机床正常工作.从而验证了本文所提方法的有效性和可行性.
A solution based on OMRON C200HE programmable logic controller (PLC) has been proposed for the typical fault with both hardware and software realization detailed.The WEDM computer control is realized by communicating with PLC through parallel computer ports.Experimental results show that the system can monitor the fault exactly and ensure the WEDM run normally .The experiment proved the method proposed is effective and feasible.
