碘硒对氟致小鼠肾脏细胞线粒体损伤的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨碘硒对氟致小鼠肾脏细胞线粒体损伤的影响,用JEM 1200EX透射电镜观察了摄入含高氟但碘量不同、硒量一定的小鼠肾脏细胞线粒体的形态学变化.结果表明:高氟组、高碘高氟组小鼠肾脏细胞线粒体膜系统损伤;低碘高氟组、中碘高氟组、高碘高氟加硒组小鼠肾脏细胞线粒体膜系统几乎完好.结果提示,一定量的碘对氟致小鼠肾脏细胞线粒体损伤有拮抗作用,但碘量过高则有协同毒性作用;一定量的硒对高碘高氟所致小鼠肾脏细胞线粒体损伤也有拮抗作用. This paper aimed to study the effects of iodine and selenium on the impairments of mitochondrion induced by fluorine in renal cell of mice.It observed morphological change of mitochondrion of renal cell of mice containing high concentration of fluorine or at the same time containing different concentration of iodine and selenium via transmission electron microscope.The results showed that membrane systems of mitochondrion of renal cell of mice were damaged on the groups treated by fluorine or combination high iodine and fluorine, and is almost perfect in the groups treated by combination of low concentration of iodine and high concentration of fluorine, combination of general concentration of iodine and high concentration of fluorine, combination added by selenium of high concentration of iodine and fluorine.It suggested that a certain concentration of iodine has antagonism to impairments of mitochondrion induced by fluorine in renal cell of rats. But when the concentration of iodine is excess,the effect of toxicity is synergistic, and a certain concentration of selenium has antagonism to impairments of mitochondrion of renal cell induced by high concentration of iodine and fluorine.
