洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡60例

Sixty cases of LOSEC for peptic ulcer

观察了洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡的疗效.收集消化性溃疡病人60例,其中十二指肠溃疡(DU)30例、胃溃疡(GU)20例、复合性溃疡10例,清晨空腹口服洛赛克20mg,每日1次,用药4～8周.全部病例用药7d后疼痛缓解率为100%;溃疡愈合率为:十二指肠溃疡用药4～6周后96%,胃溃疡用药6周后85%,复合性溃疡用药8周后80%.说明洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡效果好.

This paper observed the curative effect of LOSEC for peptic ulcer.Altogether 60 cases of peptic ulcer were studied with 30 cases of DU,20 cases of GU and 10 cases of compound ulcer.Subjects are between 42 and 65 years old,40 of whom are men,20 others are women.They were asked to take 20 mg of LOSEC on an empty stomach in the early morning once a day for 4 to 8 weeks.It was found that the paineasing rate is 100% after 7 days.The cure of ulcer is 96% for DU after 4 weeks,85% for GU after 6 weeks,80% for compound ulcer after 8 weeks.It proved that LOSEC is an effective drug for peptic ulcer.
