摘要
民族与文化的忧患是当今世界的普遍现象。发达国家的衰落忧患与少数民族生存忧患并存。当前,少数民族生存与发展面临着一些困难,少数民族要摆脱贫困,实现跨越式发展,步入现代化,既要自身努力,又要靠国家帮助;既需要理性帮助,又需要感情关怀。
It is very common to worry about the development of nationalities and culture. Worries about the decline in developed countries and those about survival in minority nationalities coexist. Minority nationalities are confronted with some difficulties. To shake off poverty and attain great development, both hard work and the state's support are needed; both rational help as well as concern in emotion are both necessary.
