高校学风建设中的道德问题与道德教育

Moral Education in Learning Atmosphere Construction in Institutions of Higher Learning

培养诚信、求真、创新、严谨、自律、坚韧的思想品德和人格,一向是高校学风建设中崇高的社会道德期望。而目前学习动力不足、专业思想不稳、抄袭作弊风盛行、课堂纪律松懈、沉迷虚拟网络世界等严重学风问题,均源自于学校道德教育缺陷、社会道德文化断层、个人道德理想信念缺乏。高校学风建设必须坚持《公民道德建设实施纲要》的指导地位,以理想信念品德教育、基本管理制度的健全完善、道德主题活动的理想化设计、激励学生科研考研为有效切入点。

The qualities of honesty, pursuit of truth, innovation, selfdiscipline and prudence are expected from learning atmosphere construction in institutions of higher learning by the society. In learning atmosphere construction, it is necessary to take Essentials of Putting Citizen Moral Education into Practice as the guiding principle, and it should be done from the following aspects: strengthening the education of students' beliefs and morality, improving the manage system, carrying out various activities related with moral education, and stimulating students to be engaged in scientific research and take graduate entrance examination.
