摘要
任胡岭隧道地质条件相当复杂,给工程施工带来一定困难。为确保工程安全、顺利进行,综合运用了多种信息化技术,如何视化数据库的设计与运用、动态施工增量反演与预报、有限元二维和三维分析、探地雷达及数据分析、挖孔桩帷幕施工技术等,取得了良好的工程和社会效果,对以后的信息化施工有一定的指导意义。
With expressway tunnel under complicated geological condition taken as a background, a set of comprehensive informational techniques used for large cross-section road tunnel are presented here, which includes: (l) developing a monitoring and managing system with visual database of input and output measuring data based on GIS idea; (2) presenting a back analysis of incremental displacement combined with simulating the construction stage; (3) simulating the whole tunneling stages by use of 3D FEM; (4) exploring the strata in the advance of the excavation face of tunnel using GPR; (5) providing a suitable construction method with a retaining pile applying into shallow-buried tunnel and make technical and economical evaluation. The paper has some new ideas in the design and application of visual monitoring database on GIS, incremental displacement back analysis and prediction with staged construction, tunneling technique with retaining pile. The research results have been used in tunnel construction successfully and enriched the informational tunneling method further.
