摘要
新经济带来一个新课题,即人力资源价值的评估。在评价国内外人力资源价值评估方法的基础上,指出应注意人力资源价值的内涵、特性以及人力资源价值评估的理论基础等几个问题,最后提出人力资源价值评估的基本思路与方法。
