摘要
运用先进的CAD建模技术和计算流体力学分析手段对两种压气机进气弯管进行了三维气动计算分析 ,得到了弯管内的速度、压力等分布 ,计算得出了两种进气弯管的压力损失和进气效率。从气动力学角度分析了影响弯管效率的因素 ,并通过对计算结果的分析比较指出了设计优化的方向.
Two kinds of blower inlet elbows are calculated and analysed in three dimensions by applying advancede CAD modeling technic and calculation fluid mechanics analysing method.It obtains the distributions of the speed and pressure in the elbow,and also the pressure loss and the inlet efficiency.The factors of efecting the efficiency are analysed according to aerodynamics.The optimum design is promoted by comparing the calculation results.
