摘要
通过对机车轮缘油脂润滑和干式润滑两种润滑装置的装车对比 ,验证了干式润滑装置的优越性 ,新研制的润滑块润滑效果好、结构简单、便于安装 ,适用不同型号的机车 ,具有广阔的运用前景。
The advantages of the wheel flange dry lubricator are proven,by testing and operating the grease lubricator and the ary lubricator on locomotives.The test shows that the construction of the grease lubricator is complex,and the electro-pnenmatic valve,pressure regulating valve and air pipe part are liable to be in trouble.However,the dry lubricator shows many advantages,such as good lubricating result,simple constructure,easy to mount and wide scope of application.
