China's Foreign Trade and Environmental Protection Under The System of WTO

本文紧紧围绕贸易与环境之间的相互影响 ,结合世贸组织的有关基本原则 ,比较系统地分析了中国对外贸易和环境保护面临的严峻挑战 ,分析了绿色壁垒对我国贸易的影响。在此基础上 。

This thesis analyses the severe challenge in China's foreign trade and environmental protection and the influence of green barrier for China's trade systematically integrating relevant basic principles of World Trade Organization, while it firmly focuses on the interrelationship between trade and environment. On the basis of this, this thesis also gives some suggestions on the relationship between environmental protection and foreign trade after the accession to the WTO.
