浅谈WTO与我国企业发展及法律适用

加入 WTO,意味着我国将进一步对外开放。这将对我国社会主义经济的发展 ,对我国社会主义经济体制改革的完善发生很大的影响 ,也对我国企业的发展提出了更高的要求。因此 ,以 WTO规则为参考 ,研究如何使我们的企业发展适应中国加入WTO的需要 ,制定合理维护我国企业的相关法规 ,使我国企业积极主动地参与国际经济运行 。

Accession to WTO means further opening up to the outside of our country. This will greatly affect the development of socialist economy and the perfection of reformation of socialist economy system of our country, and set an even higher demand on the development of enterprises of our country. So, it becomes necessary to study how to make the development of our enterprises meet the need that China enters WTO, make relevant laws to reasonably protect our enterprises, and make our enterprises actively participate in economic operation and further speed-up the steps of opening up to the outside world of our country by referring to the rules of WTO.
