人口素质的提高 ,是唤醒人们生态环境意识、促进生态经济协调发展的关键。提高人口素质有利于生态道德观的形成 ;提高人口素质有利于科技道德观的形成。
To improve population quality is the key to rousing people's awareners of ecology and promoting harmonious development of ecology and economy.To imporove population quality is also of great benefit to acquirement of the ecological ethics and scientific and technological ideas.
